Shipping Information

All of our products are made to order.
This means each item is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.


Processing Time

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging
  • Processing times may increase during holidays or peak seasons (typically November–December and major holidays)

During peak periods, production time may extend to 7–10 business days.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Important Shipping Notes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • Product type
  • Shipping method selected

We use Printify and SwiftPOD for fulfillment.
Because of this, orders may occasionally ship in separate packages from different production facilities.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or seasonal demand.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Other import charges

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for customs delays.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery

We cannot guarantee a refund or free replacement.

We may be able to assist with redelivery at the customer’s expense.

If redelivery is not possible, a replacement order may be placed at full product price.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To avoid delivery issues:

  • Double-check your address before placing your order
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Use secure delivery locations when possible

Delays & Lost Packages

  • Shipping delays may occur due to:
  • Carrier issues
  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections
  • Peak holiday volume
  • Other circumstances outside our control

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed (more than 3 weeks beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact us with:

  • Tracking number
