SIZING & FIT
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: See our size chart on each product page. Measurements are accurate to ±1.5 inches (3.8 cm) due to manufacturing tolerances. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
Q: What's the difference between T-Shirts, Crewnecks, and Hoodies?
A: T-Shirts are lightweight and perfect for layering. Crewnecks offer a bit more warmth and a classic look. Hoodies are ideal for cooler weather and outdoor work.
QUALITY & CARE
Q: Will the print fade?
A: Our prints use premium DTF and DTG inks with fade-resistant technology. With proper care (cold wash, low dry), your design will stay vibrant for years.
Q: How should I care for my shirt?
A: Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F), tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach or dry clean. Do not iron. See the care tag for full details.
Q: What material is used?
A: 100% combed cotton (or cotton blend for heathers). Pre-shrunk to prevent size changes. Oeko-Tex certified for safety and sustainability.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: US orders: 5-7 business days
EU orders: 7-14 business days

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Free shipping on orders over $50 to US addresses. International orders have a flat rate of $12.99.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
RETURNS & GUARANTEES
Q: What's your return policy?
A: Because each item is custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's a defect in printing or materials, we'll replace your item at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
Q: What if my shirt doesn't fit?
A: We provide accurate size charts on each product page. Please review the measurements carefully before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, contact us before purchasing and we'll help you choose the right size.
Q: What about quality issues?
A: We stand behind our prints. If you receive an item with a printing defect, color issue, or material problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
